We’re growing our Operations Team and are looking for a commercial, people-focused individual with hands-on pub experience to join Joule’s Brewery as a Brand Operations Manager.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll own a patch of wet-led Joule’s pubs, working closely with tenants to make sure every pub is commercially sound and upholding the Joule’s Brand Standards, while working with tenants to help develop and grow their pub businesses.

About The Role

You’ll be the day-to-day operational lead for a wet-led patch of pubs within the Joule’s Tap House estate, with real ownership of standards, performance and relationships.

Champion the Joule’s Tap House brand and maintain high operational standards
Support tenants to build strong, sustainable wet-led businesses
Take responsibility for beer quality, presentation and the Joule’s Top Tap standards
Own performance across people, property, profit and reputation
Spend time in pubs with tenants, supported by structured administration
Build strong tenant relationships through regular visits and business meetings
Oversee property standards, maintenance and sparkle schemes
Represent Joule’s positively to tenants, customers and the wider trade
