Proudly set on the town square in Codsall, the Crown is the oldest pub in the area and has been licensed for over 180 years.
The site was originally purchased by Joule’s back in 2015 with the first project being completed in 2016.
The Crown will be the latest edition and representation for our style and standards within the Joule’s estate – quality, warmth, and tradition with a contemporary edge but respecting the site and heritage.
The project will include a refresh to all areas of the pub including the Library (function room), a show-stopping bar and an impressive oak beer shed to the rear.
Brand Operations Manager for the site Vicky Colclough comments ‘We are delighted to announce work on the Crown, it’s a hugely important pub for us and we are working hard on plans to thread more brewery connection and character throughout the Taphouse. We also have exciting plans for the garden area to create an exciting inclusive space for everyone to enjoy.
