Butchers' Arms, Forsbrook

Experience the superb beer barrel terrace that’s perfect for any weather

The Butchers Arms is perfectly set back from the busy Cheadle road, bordered on one side by a small brook and pretty green, and on the other side by fields all enjoyed by the local community. The Brewery has skilfully extended the original pub doubling its size whilst maintaining the real charm of this quaint but spacious house, creating cosy corners and adding lovely stained glass panels.

The Butchers Arms is oak floored and wooden panelled, with many quirks. The meeting room for example has cinema seating and is handy for the bar despite being and tucked away around a corner, great for clubs, societies and gatherings of 6-8 people. The Butchers prides itself in offering simple, honest and traditional pub food, excellent Thursday ‘Grill nights’, and a traditional ‘Pie and Pint’ night on Wednesday evening.

The Tap has a superb beer barrel terrace, which wraps around the front and side of the pub, perfect whatever the weather.

Always on Tap, Joule’s Pale Ale, Slumbering Monk, Pure Blonde and our English craft lager Green Monkey, alongside our rotating seasonal ale and cold craft beer. All brewed in Market Drayton with pure Shropshire mineral water.

Super easy parking in the pub’s large car park.
