The Fox Inn a quaint traditional Grade II listed pub, built in the early 16th Century
Nestled on Church Street in the heart of Oswestry, our timber-fronted, black-and-white gem is a true historic treasure. The pub is long and narrow, featuring three interconnecting rooms, one of which boasts a cozy log burner, perfect for warming up on colder days.
With low ceilings, exposed timber beams, and original features throughout, The Fox Inn is rich in character and heritage. The walls are adorned with old pictures and memorabilia, while a mix of traditional bar furniture, tiled and boarded floors, and thoughtful details create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. At the rear, the Navy Room offers a versatile space for meetings and gatherings.
The Fox Inn is a place to relax, enjoy a pint of Joule’s beer, savour hearty pub grub, and soak up live music in a friendly, timeless setting.
