It’s that time of year again. Voting is now open for the Joule’s Taphouse Awards 2026.

Once a year we ask our customers to get behind their favourite Joule’s Tap and tell us who they think deserves a bit of recognition.

We’re lucky to have some cracking pubs in the Joule’s family. Some are proper locals where everyone seems to know everyone, others you might have stumbled across on a weekend away and made a point of going back to. Each one is different, which is exactly how we like it.

The Taphouse Awards are our chance to celebrate them.

If there’s a Joule’s Taphouse you love, we’d like to hear about it.

Maybe you’re a regular, maybe you’ve only been a handful of times. If there’s a Tap that always looks after you, serves you a great pint or is simply somewhere you really enjoy spending time, give them your vote.

Voting is open now and closes on 14th September 2026.

Every Tap has something worth celebrating, which is why our Taphouse Awards cover much more than one category.

Our public awards include Best Pint, Best Pub Food, Best Pub Pet and Local Landlord Icon, giving our customers the chance to recognise some of the things and people that make their favourite Tap special.

Not all of these awards are open to a public vote, but we still want to hear what you think. If someone springs to mind for one of the awards above, or there’s a Tap you think deserves a bit of recognition, let us know. We’d love to hear about it.

A good excuse to celebrate our Taps

Running a great pub takes a lot of work, much of which customers never see. Our Taphouse Awards give us a chance to recognise that, while having a bit of fun along the way.

There will be winners, of course, but the awards have always been about celebrating the wider Joule’s family too. We’re proud of the variety across our Taphouses and the people who put their own stamp on them.

For now, there’s one very important job for you.
