Belgian Fruit Ale

This small-batch Belgian-style ale is brewed with Extra Pale Malt, Wheat, Oats, and Flaked Barley, then fermented with 300kg of sour cherries and a traditional Saison yeast. It’s a bright, gently spiced beer with a soft fruit character – light, refreshing, and very distinctive.

When poured, it turns heads with its pink colour that settles into a deep orangey-red hue, glowing in the glass. Expect soft malt sweetness balanced by gentle tartness from the cherries, with subtle layers of clove, pepper, and a dry, refreshing finish. The cherries bring a natural burst of juicy flavour and a beautiful colour, while noble Hallertau Mittlefrüh hops give a delicate, earthy lift.
