About The Opportunity

The Butchers Arms sits in the heart of Forsbrook, on the edge of the Staffordshire Moorlands, and has been part of the Joule’s estate since 2014. A sympathetic renovation doubled its size while retaining its character, with oak floors, stained glass, and cosy wooden nooks creating a warm, traditional feel.

Tucked between a green and a brook, the pub features a spacious bar showcasing the full Joule’s line-up, a dining area for classic pub food, and a snug with an open fire. There’s also a private meeting room for up to 10 people and a large wraparound beer terrace.

Trading Style

The Butchers Arms is a lively, predominantly wet-led pub, with around 70% of sales from drinks. A simple, classic pub menu supports the offer, and there is clear scope to grow the food trade further.
