Brewery Update, July
It's been a while since our last update which I guess is a measure of the increased and fervent activity here. Having battled through the very cold winter we have really caught up in the good dry spring weather and completed the build.

The sun is finally shining on our build and we are making good progress. With all the poor weather and a few inevitable problems with this scale of build we are a little delayed and are now looking to our trial brews starting in August.

Despite the cold we have continued to make good progress. Chris, Mick and Tony must have anti freeze in the blood as they have been working away in some seriously cold and wet weather. The brewery is starting to emerge and we are concentrating on the Brew Hall so the pipe fitters can start mid May.

Like the rest of the country we are snowed up to our eyeballs and despite the joy of the snow it’s a frustrating time because we are unable to get back to work on the brew house.

We have condensed 2009 to the highlights: our biggest event was of course the start of our brewery build in May with tree felling and land clearing, fanfaring in October when the steel frame was erected.
